Strong sales results from the outset

Sales through their Flipdish-powered website and app have really taken off for Rooster & Rice, bringing in new customers and generating strong results from the outset.

“Flipdish has really helped us with encouraging customers to come to some of our newest stores. We’ve been doing about US$30,000-$40,000 of sales per month since using Flipdish and that number has steadily grown,” said Min.

That robust growth is borne out when you look at the figures in more detail. For example, the business saw a 20% increase in online orders via Flipdish in July compared to June.

They are also using Flipdish customer loyalty tools to their advantage through their app, helping to build up more and more regular purchasers.

“Part of the benefit of a customer having our app on their phone is that on their first order they get $5 off. Also, it has a loyalty program that’s built in where, if a customer buys 10 dishes, the 10th one is free,” explained Min.
