Basic Settings
For most restaurant businesses their brand is one of their most valuable assets, and that always starts with a logo. So get a high-resolution logo and simply upload it.
Under Settings>General, there is a section called Brand. Here you can upload your logo.
Within this section, you can also set your restaurant website's basic settings, these include:
Your restaurant's name
The brand colour of your restaurant website
The language you want your website to be in
The type of restaurant you run — maybe you actually operate a café, a convenience store, a dark kitchen, a mobile food truck, or a QSR.
Carousel Images
People eat with their eyes, so get your most mouth-watering photos and add the to your homepage using the carousel tool. This will dictate what images your customers see sliding behind your logo on your homepage. If you add one photo, then it will be static and won't slide.
About Sections
The about section of your restaurant website is going to be important to build trust with your prospective customers. People want to know who is behind the restaurant from which they are ordering, and the about sections are the perfect place to hold this content. Here are some ideas:
- When did you start your restaurant business?
- Why did you start your restaurant?
- What is your mission statement?
- What are your values?
- Where does your produce come from?
You can add images to this section too. Here is what your About section will look like before you start editing it.
Opening Hours
